১. সাধারণ শর্ত

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে বিক্রিত সকল পণ্য ও সেবার ক্ষেত্রে এই Terms & Conditions প্রযোজ্য হবে। অর্ডার করার পূর্বে প্রোডাক্টের বিবরণ, ফিচার ও ডেলিভারি সময় ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার পর এই শর্তাবলীর বাইরে কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

২. প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিস নীতি

আমরা ডিজিটাল সাবস্ক্রিপশন, লাইসেন্স, ওয়েবসাইট থিম, সফটওয়্যার এবং কাস্টম অন-ডিমান্ড সার্ভিস প্রদান করি। প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিসের ধরন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি ও শর্ত ভিন্ন হতে পারে, যা প্রোডাক্ট পেজে উল্লেখ থাকে।

৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

সকল প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিসের মূল্য ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত রয়েছে। iTech Digital যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ভুল অর্ডারের জন্য iTech Digital দায়ী থাকবে না।

৪. ডেলিভারি ও সময়সীমা

ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট সাধারণত ইমেইল বা WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করা হয়। কোনো অনিবার্য কারণে বিলম্ব হলে গ্রাহককে জানানো হবে।

৫. ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট

সব প্রোডাক্টে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে। গ্রাহকের ভুল ব্যবহার বা ডিভাইসজনিত সমস্যায় ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর 'মত পরিবর্তন'-এর কারণে কোনো দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৬. মেধাস্বত্ব ও কপিরাইট (Intellectual Property)

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা স্ক্রিপ্ট, থিম ও সফটওয়্যারসমূহ লাইসেন্সকৃত। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত এগুলো পুনর্লিখন, পুনরায় বিক্রি বা বিনা মূল্যে বিতরণ করা সম্পূর্ণ বেআইনি।

৭. রিফান্ড ও ক্যানসেলেশন

আমরা যদি নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হই অথবা ডেলিভারিকৃত প্রোডাক্ট অকার্যকর হয়, তবেই রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হবে। সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হওয়া প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

৮. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

গ্রাহক ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের সময় কোনো অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকর বা স্প্যামিং কার্যক্রমে জড়াতে পারবেন না। এরূপ প্রমাণিত হলে iTech Digital অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

6. Intellectual Property

Scripts, themes, and software on our website are licensed. Reselling, modifying for resale, or distributing them for free without our written consent is strictly illegal.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver the service within the given timeframe or if the delivered digital product is proven defective. Refunds are generally not applicable for successfully delivered products.

8. User Responsibilities

Customers must not engage in illegal, harmful, or spamming activities while using our website. iTech Digital reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in such practices.
